A selection of interesting swords on offer.

Top; Japanese Katana. Unsigned, Koto. 67,7cm long blade. With three mekugi-ana, midare hamon of nie, in full military pattern mounts. In good condition with one suspesion ring.                             SOLD

2nd down;  1827 patt Naval Officers Sword, see its own page under edged weapons.      SOLD

3rd down;  1850 Contabulary Sword,  By “Parker Field and Sons, 233 Holborn, London” – marked on blade, in good condition.                                                                                                          Sold

4th down; Naval Warrant Officers Sword; see its own page under edged weapons.           SOLD

2nd from bottom; 1796 Cavalry Officers Sword; Floral designs, GR & Crown cypher, with stand of arms and mounted cavalryman visible on blade but no colour. Plain grip with steel stirup hilt and two suspension points to steel scabbard with no serious dents. Blade with barb.                    SOLD

Bottom; 1822 French Mounted Artillery Sabre; Excellent blade with one stamped mark which looks to be a “W” in a circle. Brass hilt with many issue numbers, good grips with leather and original wire bounding. Good scabbard – numbered with two suspension rings.                                                          SOLD
